C2 Lofts sure looks cool, but it was one of those products that were not really necessary for the market, even when it was booming. Now the builder is renting brand new units and trying to work deals on a lease option. A lease option will guarantee your price for a future date, but allows you to rent for now. I have attached two of the current properties for sale from the builder, but the pricing on this flyer doesn’t reflect the deals to be had. If you are interested in Loft living and like Summerlin, please call or email me for an intelligent conversation, and we’ll set a time to tour the building and get you a smoking hot deal. BEWARE! If you go there without me on your first visit, just like any other new home development, I can’t help you. New home sales agents are very friendly and nice, but they represent the builder, NOT you. Do the right thing and call me first.
